The Canadian NRC (National Research Council) has published two new documents. The first provides guidelines for the seismic evaluation of existing buildings, while the second offers guidelines for the seismic upgrading of existing buildings. Both documents are based on the ASCE 41 standard but have been adapted to Canadian conditions. These free documents can be found at the following links:
