In accordance with the SAEE Fellowship Regulations for the professional development of young SAEE members, this Public Call for Applications for the SAEE Fellowship is hereby announced.

Purpose of the Fellowship

The SAEE Association awards fellowships to young members and student members with the aim of supporting their professional development.

The fellowship is intended for:

1. Presentation of scientific papers at relevant conferences in the field of earthquake engineering (European, World, etc.);
2. Professional development through courses, seminars, or other educational programs in the field of earthquake engineering.

Application Evaluation Process

The Association’s Committee, composed of Prof. Dr. Božidar Stojadinović, Olga Đurić-Perić, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Marko Marinković, will review applications based on the following criteria:

• Innovation and significance of the work or professional development plan;
• Relevance of the topic to the field of earthquake engineering;
• The applicant’s previous achievements and professional activities.

Application Procedure and Deadlines

Applications for the fellowship shall be submitted electronically by sending the required documentation to the Association’s email address.

The application deadline is March 1, 2026.

The results of the call will be published on the Association’s official website no later than three weeks after the application deadline.

Fellowship Amount

This year, two fellowships will be awarded. The amount of one fellowship for 2026 is RSD 60,000.00.
